Welcome to the Andreas Makris Endowment at the National Philharmonic.

The purpose of the Endowment, created in October 2005, is to promote the music of Andreas Makris through facilitation of access to performance materials and information, and support of performances.

Anyone interested in learning more about the music of Andreas Makris is urged to contact the Endowment at makrisendowment@nationalphilharmonic.org. Most of Makris’ music is available on rental from the Makris Endowment. Some compositions are available for sale or rental from other publishers as indicated in the catalog.

Anyone planning a performance of a work by Andreas Makris is also asked to contact the Endowment for possible assistance with publicizing the performance.

Future projects of the Andreas Makris Endowment may include music competitions, festivals that focus on music of Makris and a recording project of complete works of Andreas Makris.
